In-person services in the Development Services Center at 1900 SW fourth Ave. are limited to Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to noon. Pre-scheduled consultations are required for most in-person services. Many building authorization services are readily available online 24 hours a day. Find out more.
Permits for recently created housing units issued from Aug. 15, 2025, through Sept. 30, 2028, may be exempt from system advancement charges under specific conditions.
