Longtime NJBIA member Saiber LLC on Tuesday revealed the addition of Marc D. Freedman as member and Steven M. Friedland as counsel in a move that enhances the Florham Park law practice's Business Services and Employment practices.

Freedman, an experienced business attorney, signs up with the firm's Business Services group as a member. With a substantial background in work and corporate law and mergers & acquisitions, he brings deep knowledge of the legal and service issues affecting staffing companies and other markets.
He previously functioned as general counsel and senior executive officer for among the biggest public companies in the temporary work sector. His wide-ranging experience consists of business acquisitions, securities compliance, labor relations, protecting companies in discrimination matters and class actions, restrictive covenant litigation, risk management, and tactical consulting for senior executives.
